This registration form is used to pre-qualify candidates for telecomunicator positions at DU-COMM. Upon successful completion of the registration and testing process you will be required to submit a full DU-COMM application. DU-COMM is a drug free workplace. DU-COMM requires a police background investigation as well as drug/medical screenings. By submitting this form you affirm that you understand everything in this registration form and all information provided is truthful and honest.
